Mary has lived, worked and travelled extensively throughout Canada and is especially knowledgeable about the places, people, and culture of the East Coast. She is the creator/administrator of Encounter Newfoundland, a site that introduces travellers to the beauty and wonder of her home province and provides the inside scoop on one-of-a-kind experiences that might otherwise remain unappreciated by visitors to the island.
Mary holds both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in English and a passion for photography that is rivaled only by her passion for travel and adventure.
